The room was huge and reasonably large with great bed and a shower, met required needs. The staff were exceptionally courteous and very attentive and the location was unbeatable to a bus stop.

The room was huge, good sized and had a laptop-size safe, central heating, and an iron. The bed was comfy for those with back pain. Its location to a bus stop that takes you straight there was magnificent.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were inexperienced.

We stayed in a double room with a work desk, a flat-screen TV, and ironing facilities. The beds were comfortable in the spacious bedroom. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent for traveling around Liverpool, so close to easy transport links or short walk to centre of town, centre of town and Liverpool.

It was clean, and the people were very attentive. There was a good choice of fab meals. It offered us particularly good and perfect location near to the centre, and the restaurant.

The location is excellent, 5 minutes' walk to Williamson's Tunnels. The a double room is new-fashioned with very good views and great bed, for instance.
